DIY Healthy Nails Serum

Yes! I use pure essential oils 365 days a year!  I am a die hard DIY kind of a girl so when I saw nail serums advertised...I said to self...I can do that!

I read about the best oils for healthy nails and then added them to empty glass nail polish bottles. The ones I ordered came with little funnels for easy filling and a little metal ball for shaking up the concoction. I got mine here.

Below I am sharing with you my personal made-up-on-my-own-works-for-me recipe and it has done wonders for my own nails which tend to peel, chip, split, and I have a fit with hangnails and my cuticles.

(using doTERRA essential oils)
10 drops lemon essential oil
8 drops eucalyptus essential oil
10 drops grapefruit essential oil
6 drops rosemary essential oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops melaluca essential oil
3 drops frankincense essential oil
1 vitamin E sofgel capsule
(snip the end of the sofgel and squeeze E into bottle)
Fill the rest of the bottle with
Sweet Almond Oil
Add metal mixer bead and add brush/cap.
Wipe outside of bottle clean from any drips with a paper towel.
Paint on nails 3x weekly around cuticles and on nail bed.

Shop for doTerra oils at my shop.

This picture is my own nails (with a coat of glitter polish to make me smile)
after using this serum for a few weeks.

I might mention the Nail Serum will make beautiful little gifts too!

I added them to my little blessing baskets I made for my sisters this year.
