Shredding Cabbage: Quick & Easy
A quick way to shred up cabbage for slaw!
Peel the outer leaves off a savoy cabbage. Cut it in wedges.
Fill a blender 1/3 full of water.

Drop in a few wedges and pulse. (See video demo)
Drain in colander.
Press out any moisture with paper towels.
Combine with cole slaw dressing.

Shred cabbage and tamp with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Combine together dressing ingredients and fold into shredded cabbage.
Keep refrigerated.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. cane sugar or fructose
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 tsp. sea salt
dash of coarse ground black pepper
